Conditions of Sale
By using this website you are regarded as having accepted our General terms and conditions, which include our privacy policy and conditions of sale where relevant.
Please read and follow.
Every product is viewable alongside listed product pictures. Great care has been taken to ensure that all photographs and text descriptions are a true representation of our product so you are happy with your purchase from us. However please bare in mind colours may appear slightly different on screens and therefor slight variations may occur.
All items for sale through our website are priced in pounds sterling and are inclusive of vat plus postage and packaging unless otherwise stated.
For Store pick-ups please contact us before ordering for a re-quote minus p&p.
Stock sold through the online shop will be automatically removed from sale but please note we also sell the same stock of timber to customers who visit onsite at out Timber shop and these sales have to be manually removed from the online shop stock (usually within an hour) but it may be inevitable that occasionally an item you purchase online will have already sold from the Timber shop premises that day and not yet been removed from the online stock. In this instance you will be informed as soon as possible and your money refunded in full.
All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch.
Payments may be made through card via our online secure site over the phone or by bank transfer. We accept all debit cards.

Any specially requested orders not paid for within 24 hours will be returned to stock if we have not been able to contact you for payment.
If any additional mutually agreed labour charges apply e.g for machining, this will be required in advance of work starting.
